API Quickstart
Start building with the uncensored LLM API in minutes using standard OpenAI SDKs. This quickstart guide covers authentication, request formats, streaming, and error handling for the adult LLM model.
Authentication and Base URL
Use your API key to authenticate all requests to the uncensored LLM API base URL. Your key appears immediately after signup via Google or email, with no phone number required. Set the Authorization header to Bearer YOUR_API_KEY for every call.
The base URL for this uncensored model is HTTPS://api.llmadult.com/v1. This ensures compatibility with official OpenAI SDKs and any OpenAI-compatible client. You only need one active key per account; generating a new key replaces the old one instantly.
Sending Your First Request
Send a standard chat completion request to generate text from the uncensored LLM API. The model ID is uncensored, and it accepts parameters like temperature, top_p, and stop. Requests are charged by real token usage, so errors are free.
Here is a basic cURL example to get started with the adult API:
curl https://api.llmadult.com/v1/chat/completions \
-H "Authorization: Bearer $API_KEY" \
-H "Content-Type: application/json" \
-d '{
"model": "uncensored",
"messages": [{"role": "user", "content": "What is the capital of France?"}]
}'This returns a text response that can handle adult content, fiction, or general tasks without refusal.
Using the Python SDK
Integrate the uncensored LLM API into your Python projects using the official OpenAI SDK. Set the base URL to our endpoint and use the uncensored model ID. This works for both simple scripts and complex applications.
Install the library and configure your client with your API key. You can then call chat.completions.create() just like you would with other providers. The uncensored model handles diverse inputs effectively.
from openai import OpenAI
client = OpenAI(base_url="https://api.llmadult.com/v1", api_key="YOUR_KEY")
resp = client.chat.completions.create(
model="uncensored",
messages=[{"role": "user", "content": "Summarise this thread without softening it."}],
)
print(resp.choices[0].message.content)This approach lets you build NSFW chatbots or content generators with minimal code changes.
Node.js Integration
Use the Node.js SDK to send requests to the uncensored LLM API in your JavaScript applications. Configure the client with your API key and the correct base URL. This allows seamless integration into web servers or backend services.
The uncensored model supports standard parameters and returns structured text. You can handle responses asynchronously and process the data as needed.
import OpenAI from "openai";
const client = new OpenAI({ baseURL: "https://api.llmadult.com/v1", apiKey: process.env.API_KEY });
const resp = await client.chat.completions.create({
model: "uncensored",
messages: [{ role: "user", content: "Draft a villain monologue for my game." }],
});
console.log(resp.choices[0].message.content);This method is ideal for developers building unrestricted chatbot interfaces or content platforms.
Streaming Responses
Enable streaming to receive token-by-token updates from the uncensored LLM API. This improves perceived latency for users in NSFW API applications. Set stream: true in your request and handle the Server-Sent Events (SSE) stream.
Token usage details are included in the last chunk. This feature is essential for real-time chat experiences. The uncensored model supports this standard streaming protocol.
stream = client.chat.completions.create(
model="uncensored",
messages=[{"role": "user", "content": "Tell the story in second person."}],
stream=True,
)
for chunk in stream:
if chunk.choices and chunk.choices[0].delta.content:
print(chunk.choices[0].delta.content, end="", flush=True)Handle the stream events to update your UI or process text as it generates.
Error Codes and Limits
The uncensored LLM API returns standard HTTP error codes for common issues. A 401 indicates an invalid or missing API key. A 402 means your prepaid credit is exhausted; top up with crypto to continue. A 429 signals you have exceeded the rate limit of 300 requests per minute.
The context window is 100,000 tokens total, with a max output of 16,000 tokens per request. Requests are limited to 8 MB. Errors and refusals do not consume credit. The adult LLM API ensures you only pay for successful token generation.
